sorry I missed the 40'th RU. Things came up and had to take care of business. Heard from many that it went well. Adios for now until we meet again. Someone wake up Raulie, and get him to invest in a PC! Lou Gonzales

School Story:

History was a kick in the head as Mr Hansen would preferr to call me General Gonzales as I use to dispute facts of history and correct him often.
In my jr & senior years I had to pick up the slack or I would not Graduate. I needed like 2 1/2 credits. I would be in the library at brunch, lunch and whatever free time during school hrs. Going into the senior year I still needed 1 credit. I took 1/2 semester algerbra and was assisting the instructor in teaching the Freshman and Sophmore student's I also took Spanish 1 and got an easy A. I forgot the teachers name. Our last assignment was to write a poem in Spanish. Well I got an A-. He ask me to stay after class as he wanted to expain why he did not give me a A+. The poem I wrote was called " Amor " I had taken part of the lyrics from a Edie Gorme song and the teacher reached into his bottom drawer and pulled out Edie Gorme's album with the lyrics to the song "Amor" printed on the back of the album. He then said he knew how bad I wanted to graduate as I had to ask him personally if he would accept me in his class. He mention that the A- was for being creative and that the song was a favorite of his. Wow, I never tought I would be typing this, as it is only something that I can relate to. Hope I'm not boring you all. See Yeah!

Ditto! Tambien! I've had these two posters since the mid 70's and to my knowledge there extinct.
I also have some Westinghouse schematics that look like some kind of speaker that were built back during WWII for a company back east. Access to the parts are available. Any Geeks out there?

1976-77 Spyglass Carmel with Clint. Jenny idolize Eastwood so much that when we were standing on the pathway and Clint was about 40-60 yds out I dared her to go out to him and walk back toward us. She took the dare and he gladly walk with her the whole distance with his arm around her as shown. He talked to her and after I took this photo he looked up to me and said to me....You made my Day! ha ha, actually all he said was youré a lucky man Lou. Jenny would not let me touch her on her right side for a Month.

....These two photos below and Ed,Joe&Lou, were taken at the after services reception given for my cousin John Gomez Jr (Poncie) Class of '66. John passe away on Nov 12,2009. For those of you who were involved in the Track program at S'vale, he was a name to remember. He excelled in the Shotput and Hurdles events.

John died from Pancreatic Cancer diagnosed in July of 2009.....For they are gone from this earth, but never from our Hearts.
